About Paula

She didn't learn this in a classroom.

Paula built and led a team of tradespeople at Sunquest Signs — one of the most challenging environments to build culture in. No ping-pong tables. No free lunches. Just real people, real pressure, and a leader who figured out how to make it work.

Then she survived a life-altering accident that stripped everything away — and rebuilt herself from the ground up. That experience gave her something no MBA can teach: a deep, unshakeable understanding of what it means to lead through adversity, and how to bring people with you when the path isn't clear.

She is a DISC-certified practitioner and the author of Leadless: From Trauma to Triumph. She works exclusively with business owners who are ready to stop managing their team and start leading them.
