Paula Gowland built a team of tradespeople at Sunquest Signs that became the benchmark for what a high-performance culture actually looks like in a small Australian business. Not a corporate. Not a consultancy. A real business, with real people, and real problems.

Then she survived a life-altering accident that stripped everything away. What she rebuilt gave her something no MBA can teach: an unshakeable understanding of what it means to lead through adversity, and how to bring people with you when the path is not clear.

She is a DISC-certified practitioner and the author of Legless: One Woman's Journey From Trauma to Triumph. She works exclusively with business owners who are ready to stop managing their team and start leading them.
